Introducing the Sendoso Learning Hub: In-App Education Built for Your Success

Gifting is an incredible lever for business growth, but let’s be honest: wading through endless training menus to figure out how to get the most out of your program isn't anyone's idea of a good time.

That is why we are thrilled to announce the launch of the Sendoso Learning Hub, a dedicated in-app education page designed to surface relevant content exactly where and when users need it most, without disrupting their workflow.

Fixing the Knowledge Scavenger Hunt

Before we could focus on what to include, we wanted to hear how our users wanted to learn. Responses from over 300 users told a fascinating story: while users overwhelmingly said they preferred to learn on demand, 71% of respondents didn’t actually know that Sendoso University (our on-demand learning portal) existed. 

We hypothesized that this wasn't just a basic awareness issue. The real culprit? Fragmentation. We had a scattered ecosystem of standalone platforms and programs that weren't connected anywhere in one place.

Before the Learning Hub, getting an answer meant navigating a multi-URL obstacle course:

• Sendoso University: A standalone destination to visit for on-demand courses, video tutorials, and certification programs.
• The Help Center: A separate platform providing step-by-step how-to instructions for using the platform. Also a channel to connect directly with Sendoso’s Support team.
• Webinar Registration: Another separate destination to sign up for a live webinar or upcoming product release session.
• Sendoso.com: Provides thought leadership blog posts, industry reports, and customer case studies in another place.

Personalized Curation: Tailored Education for Every User

To fix this fragmentation, we knew we had to put everything in one place - the place where our users already are – right into the drop-down navigation menu where admins and senders go regularly. We thoughtfully designed The Learning Hub so users don't wade through content that doesn't apply to them. Instead, they see a curated experience based on their specific role, plan type, and how new they are to the platform.

For the Brand-New Admin 

• The Goal: Seamless, frictionless setup.
• The Experience: If you are within your first 30 days of using Sendoso, your Learning Hub will guide you through an active onboarding checklist, direct you to the Admin/Manager certification path, and highlight "what's new" in the platform.

For the Brand-New Sender

• The Goal: Simple set-up and fast activation.
• The Experience: Senders in their first 30 days of using Sendoso will see their own customized onboarding checklist and Sender Training path, with irrelevant admin-only content completely hidden.

For the Experienced Users

• The Goal: Stay ahead of product updates and scale sending strategy.
• The Experience: For users out of onboarding, the Hub shifts to focus on continuous growth. You will see advanced feature courses, use-case specific training, and pathways to complete your certifications.

For Every Plan Type

• The Goal: Unlocking maximum ROI.
• The Experience: Whether you are on a Starter tier or an Enterprise plan, the Hub adjusts. Starter admins will see content like the Strategy Summit, while enterprise-only courses remain hidden to avoid confusion.

The Future of the Learning Hub: Continuous & Contextual Learning

Looking ahead, every milestone on our roadmap is designed to give our users time back while maximizing the value they get from the platform. Soon, they’ll see bite-sized micro-courses embedded directly on the page for quick, tactical wins, paired with a new search tool that puts our full content library and live Support chat at their fingertips. 

As their businesses grow, the Learning Hub will scale with them. We are actively exploring ways to align the hub with our Customer Success journey, revealing advanced playbooks like Webhooks, HRIS integrations, and The Campaign Studio at the exact moment users clear their foundational certifications. 

We're even working on an intelligent Education Agent built to analyze opportunities to get more value from the platform and hand-deliver personalized training recommendations tailored to each user’s unique goals. 

The future of Sendoso learning isn't about forcing users to click through endless menus; it's about getting them the exact insights and education they need, the second they need it.
