Sendoso Acquires Merch: Completing the End-to-End Gifting Supply Chain

I want to tell you a story about a puzzle.
When I think about everything Sendoso has built over the years: the platform, the integrations, the fulfillment center, the network of partners, I see a picture that's been coming together one piece at a time. A picture about what it looks like when sending is done right, end to end.
Today, another piece clicks into place.
We've acquired Merch, a leading swag production and supply chain platform with a global network of 100+ production facilities, direct relationships with hundreds of manufacturers and decorators worldwide, and AI-optimized fulfillment routing built for exactly the kind of at-scale, on-demand production that gifting and direct mail programs demand.
This is our third acquisition in just over two years. And I think it's the most significant one yet.
Why this, why now
When I think about what makes a gifting or direct mail program succeed or fail, the answer is never just the software. Yes, the platform matters. The integrations matter. The automation, the analytics, the CRM sync: all of it matters. But underneath every great send is a logistics reality that software alone cannot solve.
Sourcing. Decoration. Minimum order quantities. Supplier markups. Shipping delays. Quality inconsistencies. Dead inventory taking up warehouse space.
These are the things that quietly break programs before they ever get off the ground, or erode confidence in them over time.
Sendoso has always taken that operations layer seriously. We built the only fulfillment center dedicated entirely to gifting and direct mail, not adapted from a generic third-party logistics setup, but purpose-built for this use case. That has been a real differentiator.
Merch is what was missing upstream.
What the Merch team built is exceptional: a global production network that makes print-on-demand a genuine reality, not a marketing claim. No minimum order quantities. Thousands of products across apparel, accessories, tech, lifestyle, and more, all available with custom branding, at any quantity, with equal quality whether you're ordering one item or ten thousand.
That's not a nice-to-have. For the marketing and sales teams we serve, that's the difference between a program that launches and one that doesn't.
What the supply chain story now looks like
Sendoso's fulfillment center has been a differentiator since day one. But what we've always needed is the upstream piece: a way to own the production layer, not just the warehousing and shipping layer.
With Merch, we now operate the full supply chain. From concept and mockup, through sourcing, decoration, kitting, and storage, to final delivery, all on one platform, with global reach, and with Sendoso people accountable at every step.
No hand-offs to outside vendors. No tracking gaps. No "who do I call?" moments when something goes wrong.
This is the end-to-end gifting infrastructure story. And we're the only platform in the world that can tell it at global scale.
For customers who warehouse and fulfill through Sendoso today, this means swag production, storage, and shipping can now live in one place, with one price point, one tracking view, and one less vendor to manage.
Let me be direct about something
I know what some of you are already wondering: does this mean Sendoso will push me toward using Merch for everything?
The answer is no. Full stop.
You've built relationships with your vendors. You have brand standards, preferred suppliers, and programs already in motion. That doesn't change. The Sendoso platform has always been built around optionality, the ability to send anything, source from anywhere, and build a program that fits your brand. That principle isn't going anywhere.
What changes is that you now have access to another outstanding option, backed by Sendoso infrastructure you already trust.
When you choose to use it, you'll see the benefits: better pricing through consolidated supply chain economics, faster production, and the simplicity of working with one vendor from ideation to delivery. When you don't, your existing programs continue exactly as they are.
Choice has always been central to how Sendoso is built. That's why you can send an Amazon eGift, a custom-kitted box, a handwritten card, or a box of cookies, all from the same platform. Merch is the next great option we're adding to that list.
What this means for the programs you're running today
For marketing teams running ABM, field marketing, and demand gen programs: The operational friction that stalls branded merchandise programs, the minimum order requirements, the lead times, the vendor coordination, is now Sendoso's problem to solve, not yours. Launch programs faster, with more confidence in the quality and the cost.
For sales teams running executive gifting and late-stage deal plays: White-glove, custom-branded gifts that arrive reliably and look exceptional are now easier to produce at any volume. The logistics story is stronger than ever.
For customer success teams driving advocacy, retention, and event programs: Milestone gifts, conference swag, on-site experiences — the production and fulfillment complexity has been consolidated behind a single Sendoso relationship.
For HR and People Ops teams running employee experience and recognition programs: Onboarding kits, work anniversary gifts, remote employee care packages, and company-wide milestone moments no longer require juggling multiple vendors or committing to bulk inventory you may never use. Produce what you need, when you need it, branded to your standards, and ship it anywhere your people are in the world.
Across all of these use cases, what we're delivering is the same thing we've always been delivering: the confidence that when you hit send, something exceptional happens on the other side.
A word on what doesn't change
Our team. Our support. Our commitment to you.
Our dedicated account teams, live chat support, and resolution time are going nowhere. If anything, we now have the ability to resolve supply chain issues as quickly as we aim to resolve platform issues. That's meaningful accountability, and it's only possible when you own the whole chain.
We also remain fully committed to platform innovation. We've shipped more platform releases in H1 2026 than all of our competitors combined. That pace isn't slowing down. This acquisition completes the infrastructure story. It doesn't distract from the software story.
The bigger picture
When I think about where Sendoso started, helping revenue teams break through digital noise with something human and physical, and where we are now, the arc makes sense.
Gifting and direct mail became a need-to-have at exactly the moment email and digital ads reached their saturation point. We built the platform that made sending intelligent, integrated, and measurable. We built the fulfillment infrastructure that made it reliable. We've brought together the talent and the tools to make it scalable, globally.
And now, with Merch, we close the loop.
From concept to delivery. Every step. Every region. One platform. One team accountable to you.
That's the company we've been building toward. I'm proud of where we are, and I'm genuinely excited about what comes next.
If you want to see what's possible, reach out to your account team. We can't wait to show you.
